Gemma Hart, Head of Apprenticeships, Fuel Learning 

Gemma is passionate about elevating education standards, she specialises in apprenticeships and possess in-depth knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework (EIF). As Head of Education and Apprenticeships, she has garnered extensive senior management experience in both further education and independent training providers.

With a first-class business degree and a master's in educational leadership, Gemma is dedicated to assessing and improving educational practices. She actively contributes as a board member, manages professional development, serves as an external assessor, develops virtual learning platforms, and writes MCQs for awarding bodies. She also offers consultancy for improving the quality of education for apprenticeship providers and is actively involved in inspection activities for the evaluation and improvement of educational practices.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is particularly invested in vocational learning where she has previously held the position of Head of Education for multi-academy providers.
