Overview

Join the Pearson panel for a discussion alongside some of our valued customers and apprentices as we explore how skills needs are evolving and what this means in the delivery of teaching and learning. This session will have a focus on the importance of hearing provider and learner voices, embracing change, with real-world examples of keeping work-based learning current, accessible and able to benefit from advances in teaching and learning.

Andy's role is to ensure EPA assessments are conducted in line with internal and external regulations through fostering effective partnerships and engagement with external stakeholders.

Max Ruddock, Training Delivery Manager, Cambridge Sparks

Max Ruddock is the Training Delivery Manager at Cambridge Spark, overseeing Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp training delivery, Functional Skills and SEND. An ex-English teacher with a specialism in SEND, Max is passionate about ensuring a 'gold standard' experience for all learners within our provision and ensuring that our programmes are as accessible to as many learners as possible. Inclusivity is at the heart of his motivation: holding an MSc and PGCE, Max drives the Teaching and Learning agenda ensuring the move away from a traditional, and into a more experiential approach, enables learners to excel far beyond their programme and into their future careers.
